Payment Options
Chaos-Store offers the best protection available for your personal and credit card information via secured server. If you do not feel comfortable with sending this information, we offer a few other payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express via secured server. If you prefer to pay by money order you can print your order and mail it to the above address with payment enclosed. We accept personal checks drawn on US banks only. We will hold all orders paid by check for ten business days (about two weeks) from when we receive the check. (Weekends and bank holidays do not count as business days).

We have no way to know that your check has cleared so we need to wait this period of time in order to have some certainty the check is not coming back to us unpaid by your bank. If your check is returned unpaid we will contact you. Returned checks are charged a $15.00 fee to cover our costs, even if you choose not to make good on your check.

We accept money orders or other secured fund (bank) checks in US funds.

Orders paid by a check that are secured by bank funds will be not be held. You will be contacted if our bank advises us to hold your order. Money orders work out very well and can be purchased at nearly all convenience stores, groceries, and all US post offices. Bank checks drawn on US banks in US funds can be purchased at nearly any bank in the world.

Orders paid with Money Orders are not held. Allow 3-5 business days to receive your order after it has been shipped.

We will honor your request to cancel an order if it is received prior to shipping and if the item(s) ordered were not special ordered. If the order can be canceled a restock fee of 15% will be applied to the items ordered but not the shipping. A credit will be made to your credit card or if you paid by check a check will be sent (less 15%) within 5 days after we confirm the cancellation.

International Payment
Chaos-store.com accepts the following forms of payment for international packages: American Express, Visa or MasterCard (please read below).

If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard, please read the following: Our on-line merchant service allows us to verify most international Visa & MasterCard orders. AMEX always offers international address verification services. In the case where your issuing bank does not participate in the international address verification service, we will be unable able to ship products to you. We apologize for the inconvenience but international on-line fraud is common and we find it essential that all orders, domestic and international be verified.

Shipping
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. We ship via Priority Mail (limited to 4 lbs on overseas orders), FedEx and FedEx Ground (US, Canada & Puerto Rico only). Shipments are insured and trackable. Shipping charges will be displayed with your order after you enter your shipping information but before you enter your billing information or make payment.

Domestic Shipping (US)
We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Please provide your street address when placing orders, as Fed Ex and other private carriers do not have access to post office boxes.

We pack all orders very carefully, and we are very aware that condition is very important to our customers. If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packing materials (box, packing filler, etc.) and contact us within 24 hours of arrival via e-mail. Our policy is to replace all damaged items with the exact same item, if available. If the item cannot be replaced, we will contact you for substitution selection or a refund of your purchase price.

International Shipping
Greetings International Chaos! Fiends! If you live outside the United States, please read the following very carefully. This page contains all the details regarding chaos-store’s international shipping policies.

All international packages are sent via (the United States Postal Service (USPS), Fed Ex or Fed Ex Ground (Canada & Puerto Rico only). Packages are insured (and delivery confirmation is available on Fed Ex only).

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties & taxes imposed at your country's border. Customs fees are very common especially when ordering from the United Kingdom. Chaos-store.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering. Occasionally there are hold-ups at customs, which is out of Chaos-store’s control.

In some cases, there may be additional shipping charges on larger packages. We will contact you before shipping. You can always place an order and then choose not to continue with it once shipping costs are established. Please be aware that your order can only ship to the billing address of your credit card.

Return Policy
All of our customer service is done via e-mail. We check our e-mail Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM Mountain time.

We try our best to respond to all customer service issues within 24 hours. Product questions and special requests may take us a little longer.

We are proud of our excellent customer service, accurate shipments, and on-time shipping record. If you are unhappy with your shipment for any reason, please e-mail us at service@comicbook-store.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues you have.

While we do not accept returns on items, we will replace defective or damaged items (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund for damaged items (if we cannot replace it).

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.

You must keep the packing materials and box or envelope on all damage claims.

Please refer to your order confirmation number when you contact us regarding your shipment. Please describe the damage and the condition of the outside of the package when placing a claim.

Product Availability
Everything on this site is in stock and ready to ship (unless noted as a special order item) plus in 'near-mint' condition (we assert that there are few truly "mint" comics).

Sometimes due to data entry error or damages to product in our warehouse, we may not be able to fill a confirmed order.

If you do not see something on our site that you are looking for let us know, there is a good chance we can get it for you.

You will receive a detailed order confirmation via e-mail as soon as your order is processed. Please make sure you entered your correct e-mail address. In the event an item you have ordered in unavailable for shipping, you will be contacted for a substitution selection or notification that an adjustment to your order will be made. If you notice any error on your confirmation e-mail (price, item, etc) please contact us immediately at service@comicbook-store.com.

We utilize a live inventory system for this site. This means that when you order an item it's in stock (unless noted) and ready to ship! This also means it is possible for you to add an item to your shopping cart and then be out of stock when you check out. This can happen because the item is not removed from inventory until it has been purchased and if someone else checks out the item it is then removed from inventory. This doesn’t happen often, but it is still a possibility.
