A: That will depend on the postal service and our internal delivery time. We try and ship all Internet orders within five days, but candidly, we're a family run business and sometimes we'll need extra time. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it generally takes 5-10 days for the postal service to deliver. Total shipping time is thus 7-12 days. For International orders it is far more difficult to gauge shipping time. International delivery times can vary widely. In general, however, it takes two to three weeks for airmail (including our fulfillment time). Q: How are your shipments packaged? A: After ten years of experience, we have ship tested many different packages. We can say that we have come up with the best in packaging practices to insure your merchandise arrives to you in "off the shelf" condition! First, we pack your comics in plastic sleeves to reduce movement and spine roll during shipping. Next, we place your merchandise in heavy duty cardboard packing boxes. We surround your comics with bubble wrap then we use "barrel" peanuts so that your parcel is packed tight and the contents do not shift. Even though the outside container may show signs of damage, the contents are in near-mint condition. Q: What if I'm not happy with my order? A: Any order or part of any order can be returned if it is not as advertised. In particular, if a comic has been misgraded we will either compensate you for the difference in grade, or try and provide a replacement. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of the back issues we sell. Some collectors try to return comics because they disliked the story or art. We accept no responsibility for bad stories or art and there are a few. If we make a mistake, we'll fix it. Q: Can I trade/sell comics to you? A: You bet! We love buying entire collections. How do I find out their value? A: That’s a toughy. The Wizard price Guide – if you could call it that – doesn’t list Chaos! Comics values since the company closed. You could try Overstreet’s Price Guide. Q: What condition do you sell your books in and how are they shipped? A: All of our books are in 'Near- Mint' condition (unless noted otherwise) and are individually bagged. We don’t believe there are too many truly mint comics anywhere. We are careful when packaging for shipment to make sure they arrive in the same condition we shipped them in. Q: I found an item I wanted to purchase and when I went back to add it to my shopping cart it was gone. What happened? A: We utilize a system with live inventory. Which means that as items are purchased they are removed from our inventory. So if we sold the last item and you went back to purchase the item it would not be available.
